This is a 1970s pressing on the Prestige Green Label. I almost never see this album and hadn't heard it until I grabbed this one, but I enjoy Sonny Fortune's sax playing so I gave it a shot. It's a fun soul-jazz session with nice organ work from Stan Hunter and typically solid playing from Fortune. Rudy Van Gelder recorded this one and his mastering stamp is in the dead wax. It's a good sounding copy that plays quietly, and the music is quite enjoyable.
