This is a 1973 British EMI / Columbia pressing in gorgeous condition. I don't remember the last time I saw an original press out in the wild, and I don't see too many of these early reissues either. The sound here is pretty good, and while it man not quite reach the heights of Meddle or Dark Side, the music is still communicated quite well. The sound is natural, balanced, and full-bodied; the vinyl plays quietly. If this is your all-time favorite Floyd you may want to hold out for a killer original, but for the rest of us I think a copy like this can more than capably handle the business.
