This is a gorgeous domestic Warner Brothers tan label original pressing from 1974. It's tough to find clean Gram Parsons pressings, so it was very exciting to spot this one and even more so when I had the chance to play it. The sound is extremely rich, warm, and full-bodied. This copy has exceptional transparency and clarity, and the vocals sound wonderful. The vinyl plays nice and quiet, so this is a great copy all around. And Emmylou Harris is all over this album and she's AMAZING on it.
5 stars Allmusic: "One would be hard pressed to name an artist who made an album this strong only a few weeks before their death -- or at any time of their life, for that matter."
Vinyl: EX (really nice!)
Cover: VG+ (light ringwear, 2 tiny tears on back)
Play notes: A very strong copy that sounds amazing and plays quietly
