This is a super clean 1977 Polydor White Label Promo pressing with the embossed cover and JB's face on the labels. (I'll never get over that.) This isn't one of the more well-known James Brown albums, but it's still full of the kind of fun funk workouts that no one else ever did as well. The sound is big and punchy with excellent clarity and the kind of big bottom end that a funk record needs to work its magic. Guaranteed to liven up your party, if it that's just you and your stereo!
Vinyl: EX (super clean)
Cover: VG+ (very minor wear)
Play notes: Excellent sound and quiet vinyl
We prefer to overdeliver and therefore grade conservatively. Our scale runs Near Mint (NM), Excellent (EX), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), Good Plus (G+), Good (G).
