This is an excellent sounding 1970 UK Pink Rim pressing with the textured gatefold cover. I almost never see these and end up shelling out good money to bring them in from England, which can be a total crapshoot in terms of what you end up with. This one happens to be a very nice copy with especially dynamic sound, which is exactly what I'm in it for with a band like Crimson. There is moderate surface noise at the start of each side, but other than that it plays like a champ. A truly impressive recording that really comes to life here.
Vinyl: VG+ (very clean, small scuff on side two does not affect play)
Cover: VG+ (small tear upper right)
Play notes: Some noise to start each side, quiet otherwise. Sound is excellent!
We prefer to overdeliver and therefore grade conservatively. Our scale runs Near Mint (NM), Excellent (EX), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), Good Plus (G+), Good (G).
