This is a domestic original Epic pressing from 1993 with very good sound and quiet vinyl. These used to be easier to find but I very rarely see copies out in the wild anymore. I probably enjoyed this album more than Ten when it came out due to its harder rock sound, these days I'd have trouble picking between them.
