This is a British Threshold Records original pressing with 1W/1W stampers that comes in the envelope-style cover. When my full-time job was record shootouts, we used to dread working on Moody Blues albums since their tendency to sound thick and opaque made grading more difficult. A Question Of Balance was an exception, as the best copies of this one are transparent enough to hear into without such a struggle. This copy of one of those good ones -- rich, warm, and smooth but surprisingly airy and open. If you've struggled with the sound of Moodies pressings in the past, you'll be happy to hear the real sound of the band on here. The vocals sound particularly good throughout and the vinyl plays quietly.
Cover: VG (Sticker tear on front, some wear on envelope flap)
Play notes: Surprisingly good Moodies sound and quiet vinyl
