This is a super clean early UK pressing complete with both the bound-in lyric booklet (stain on middle page) and the large black and white photo book, which is in gorgeous condition. The sound here is EXCELLENT -- big, rich, clear, dynamic, and powerful. This copy has huge drum sound, which I find absolutely essential when I'm listening to Keith Moon play. The vinyl plays mostly quietly, a few light ticks at the start of a couple sides but nothing that really interferes with the music.

5 stars Allmusic: "Some of Townshend's most direct, heartfelt writing is contained here, and production-wise it's a tour de force, with some of the most imaginative use of synthesizers on a rock record."

Vinyl: EX (beautiful!)
Cover: VG+ (some wear on corners and edges but solid)
Play notes: Sounds excellent and plays quietly
